Premium TR grade Bison from Seidel.  These American Bison sides are tumbled and slightly waxy to create that rugged and wild Bison texture  we go wild for. Please note that these bison sides will contain scars, scrapes, holes and differing textures from tightly pebbled to luscious fat wrinkled areas.  All bison sides will contain some holes.
